have been the main Mets television broadcasters since about 2006.

Len Dykstra

was the centerfielder on the World Champion 1986 Mets. Drafted by the Mets in 1981, he was brought up to the Mets in 1985 when Mookie Wilson was put on the disabled list. He was the starting centerfielder in 1986 and hit a game winning homer in Game 3 of the N.L. Championship Series and also homered leading off Game 3 of the World Series against the Red Sox.

Rod Gaspar

was a reserve right fielder for the World Champion Mets in 1969. Though he wasn't a starter, he did make it into 3 of the 5 games of the 1969 World Series. He spent most of the 1970 season with Tidewater of the International League before being sent to the San Diego Padres as the "player to be named later" after the season.

Bobby Pfeil

played in 62 games as a member of the World Champion 1969 Mets. He was first signed by the Chicago Cubs in 1961, was traded to the Cardinals in 1965 and acquired by the Mets in 1968. He was traded to the Phillies in 1970.

Ricky Gutierrez

started the 2004 season as the Mets starting shortstop but after hitting .175, he was released by May.
