December 5, 2025  Signed Football Customs

Haven't posted many signed football customs in a while....these I've gotten in the last 2 years through private signings, mostly through Lou from Signatures4U and Autographsink in Texas.

Jon Gruden

was the Oakland Raiders coach from 1998 to 2001 where he won two Division titles and an appearance in a AFC Championship Game. He then coached the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a Super Bowl win in 2002.

Steve Largent
is in the Pro Football Hall of Fame because of his sure hands and route running. I remember him and Jim Zorn as the two best Seahawk players.

Alan Page

went to Notre Dame and was a member of the Purple People Eaters defense of the 1960s and 70s. He was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1988. After football he served as a justice on the Minnesota Supreme Court.

D.D. Lewis

passed away in September of this year but these were signed at a 2023 signing held by Autographsink. D.D. played 13 years with the Dallas Cowboys and started 135 consecutive games until he retired in 1981.

Haven Moses
played in the AFL and NFL after being drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the 1968 draft. Traded to the Denver Broncos in 1972, he scored two touchdowns in the 1977 AFC title game to help the Broncos go to Super Bowl 12.

Bernie Kosar
was the quarterback of the University of Miami Hurricanes, under Coach Schnellenberger, when they won their first National Championship against Nebraska in 1983. He played in the NFL as a starter for the Browns, and as a backup with the Cowboys and Dolphins.

Anthony Carter
is one of the greatest receivers in the history of the University of Michigan.  When he graduated, he held nearly every Michigan receiving and return record and finished fourth in the Heisman voting in his senior year. He played with the Michigan Panthers of the USFL  and helped the Panthers win the first USFL championship. He spent three season in the USFL before jumping to the NFL and played 9 years for the Minnesota Vikings.

R.W. McQuarters
was a cornerback for the Forty Niners, Bears, Lions and Giants from 1998 to 2008. He had a key interception for the Giants in the 2007 Division Game against the Dallas Cowboys.

Don Trull
attended Baylor University, where he led the nation in touchdowns and passing yards as a senior. He played in the AFL for the Houston Oilers and Boston Patriots from 1964-69.

Dave Osborn
was a running back for the Minnesota Vikings from 1965 to 1975.

Horace King
was a running back from the University of Georgia who played for the Detroit Lions from 1975 to 1983. His best rushing season was 1978 when he ran for 660 yards with 4 touchdowns.

Sonny Gibbs
was a quarterback from TCU with the 1963 Dallas Cowboys but never got into a game. He did appear in two games with the Detroit Lions in 1964.

Tyrone Carter
was a defensive back with the Vikings, Jets, Steelers and Chargers from 2000 to 2010.

Jim Riley
was a defensive end who played for the Miami Dolphins from 1967 to 1971. He played his college football at the University of Oklahoma and was a starter in Super Bowl 6. He had a foot injury in 1972 and was out the whole season.
