Got 2 today.....
Dave Morehead
Dave pitched for the Boston Red Sox and Kansas City Royals from 1963-1970. In 1965 Dave pitched a no- hitter against the Cleveland Indians but he had arm problems the last few years of his career.
Hank Foiles
was a catcher who played for seven different teams in his 11 years in the major leagues. He made the National League All Star team in 1957.
I've been collecting baseball images for many years and decided to create some baseball cards and send them through the mail to the players pictured for their autographs. I also make cards for collectors.

August 29, 2012 Marvin Barnes and Togo Palazzi
Got back the custom cards I made of ABA Legend Marvin Barnes and 1950s Boston Celtic Togo Palazzi
( Isn't that a great name !!!). I made the Palazzi custom for promoter Douglas Keating. He runs a show in Mansfield, Massachusetts and has players signing autographs with a Boston connection and the prices are very reasonable. He will soon be having George Scott on Sept 23 and Wilbur Wood on Oct 8.
This is his web site http://www.cardboardpromotions.com/
I highly recommend Doug...he will take care of your items.

August 26, 2012 Gogolewski Update
Thanks to sharp eyed Dave Burger aka redsfan1940 on SportsCollectors.net, I now know why Bill Gogolewski didn't sign the other two customs. It wasn't him pictured on the two cards. Dave suggests that it looks like former Reds pitcher John Tsitouris but I can't find anything on the internet regarding Mr Tsitouris ever playing for the Senators organization.......the mystery deepens. Thanks again Dave for the help.
The real Bill Gogolewski.........
The mystery Senator....... If anyone has an idea about who this is, please don't hesitate to email me.

Today I got three returns from the large mailing I did last Saturday and they were from three of the most reliable signers TTM......
Bobby Shantz
If there was a Hall of Fame for TTM signers, Bobby would be there along with Bobby Doerr and Roy Sievers among others. When I used to go to card shows in Philly years ago, Bobby was one of the most friendliest persons you would want to meet.
Bud Harrelson
I grew up watching Bud Harrelson play shortstop in the 1960s and 70s and he was one of my favorite Mets.along with Cleon Jones. Bud asked for copies of the cards and included his own SASE, which I won't use. He also included an old 1980s Barry Colla postcard.
Ron Hansen
Ron was one of the best shortstops in the 1960s with the Orioles and White Sox. In February 1968 he was traded by the White Sox to the Washington Senators for infielder Tim Cullen, in August 1968 he was traded by the Sebators back to the White Sox for............Tim Cullen. Also in 1968, Ron turned an unassisted triple play

John Werhas
John played third base for the Dodgers from 1964 -1967. He was an All American in baseball at USC. He also played basketball there and was good enough to get drafted by the Lakers in 1960. All three photos I used for the cards were originally black and white and I colorized them. I should asked him about the black eye in the second photo.
Don Pavletich
Mr Pavletich was a catcher with the Cincinnati Reds from 1957-1968 and finished his career with the Red Sox in 1971.
John Montague
John was originally signed by the Baltimore Orioles after being drafted by them in 1967. As a member of the original Seattle Mariners, he recorded the first save in the team's history on April 9, 1977. John also included an original team issued Montreal Expos postcard.

Ron Brand
Ron was a catcher with the Pirates, Astros and Expos from 1963-1971. He also asked for copies of the cards.

August 17,2012 Ken McBride
Got the first TTM reply from a few letters I sent out last Staurday.
Ken McBride
Ken McBride was one of the better starting pitchers for the Los Angeles Angels in their first three years of existence from 1961 to 1963.and was an American League All Star all three years.
On the Angels' All Stars card, it already had Billy Moran and now has McBride, so I'll have to send it to Albie Pearson with his fee to complete it.

August 9 2012 Joe Gaines
Joe Gaines
I sent out 4 custom cards to Joe Gaines on July 14th, today I got one of the customs back along with a 1962 and a 1963 Topps card signed by Joe. He kept 3 of the 4 customs.....oh well. I'm thinking maybe Joe sent my custom cards to someone else by mistake like my Ed Bauta episode a while back.

Rusty Staub
The Rusty Staub autographs are from a private signing held by All Star Cards And Collectibles in Florida. I made the Staub cards for one of the owners because there were no Staub cards in 1972 and 1973 and he collects Mets. Thanks Lou

August 1, 2012 A Return....Sort Of
A First For Me.....
Got a reply from Bill Short, the 1960s pitcher with the Mets, Yankees and many other teams. He wrote a nice note requesting copies of the custom cards and included a SASE. When I was about to scan the cards to put on this blog, I realized he didn't sign any of the cards and sent them back unsigned. I'm hoping that he forgot to sign them before putting them in my SASE. I'll send them back out to him to be signed along with the cards he requested.
