October, 9 2012 Four Returns

Got back four returns today from a mailing I did last Saturday.

Leo Burke
Mr Burke played for the Orioles (1958-59), Angels (1961-62), Cardinals (1963) and the Cubs (1963-65). He was drafted by the Washington Senators in the 1960 expansion draft but traded to the Angels before the 1961 season. That would make him a member of both expansion teams before they ever threw a pitch.....

Duke Carmel
Duke is one the players that has played for both the Yankees and Mets. He came up with the Cardinals in 1959.

Shaun Fitzmaurice
Shaun played for the 1966 NY Mets after being a pretty good player at Notre Dame. He played on the Braves minor league system until 1973.

Ken Rowe
Mr Rowe pitched for the Dodgers in 1963 and the Orioles in 1964-65. After his playing career ended, he became most known as a pitching coach in the Orioles organization.
