Got back four returns today........

Jerry Lumpe
Jerry played second base for the Yankees from 1956-1959 and was the regular second baseman for the  Athletics and Tigers from 1956 to 1967. He was a member of the 1964 AL All Star Team.

Don Lock
Don was originally signed by the Yankees and was traded to the Senators in 1962. After becoming a starter he hit 27 homers in 1963 and 28 in 1964.

Gordon Lund
Gordon Lund spent most of his career in the Pacific Coast League but he did make to the majors with the Cleveland Indians in 1967 for 3 games and then 20 games with the 1969 Seattle Pilots. I've been on a Pilots kick lately so another Pilot is off my list. I had no nice photos of Gordie in a Pilots uniform so I Photoshopped one.

Dave Cash
Dave played with the Pirates from 1969-1973 but had his best years with the Phillies from 1974-76. He made the NL All Star Team all 3 years,. led the NL in at bats all three years and averaged over 200 hits a season.

  1. I came across your blog about making custom baseball cards. How much do you charge for copies? I am interested in Jerry Lumpe and Norm Siebern in their various teams.

    Thanks,
    Dave in Kansas City
